Message credits are automatically renewed at the beginning of each calendar month. Regardless of your subscription date, your credits will refresh on the 15th of every month.

If you upgrade to a higher plan, you’ll only be charged the prorated difference in cost for the remaining period in your billing cycle.

### How does auto-recharge for message credits work?
Auto-recharge ensures you never run out of message credits. Additional non-expiring credits will be automatically added to your account when your credits fall below a specified threshold.

### What is the difference between subscription credits and auto-recharge credits?
